     •  a seven-storey Lee Shau Kee Business Study Building, with a total floor space of 12,450-square-meter site (ID: 54389107)
     •  The Institute for Advanced Study (IAS) Residential, providing 30 apartments (ID: 56487107)
     •  a dormitory for The School of Business and Management (ID: 54386107)

Works include:

     •  MVAC system
     •  fire protection system
     •  drainage and pipes
     •  electrical system
     •  lifts installation
     •  interior fitting-out work

Building elements include:

     •  elevators
     •  curtain wall
     •  concrete
     •  double-E coated glass
     •  lighting sensors
     •  openable windows and breezeways
     •  campus-wide E/M system
     •  sanitary wares
     •  tiles

"Lee Shau Kee Campus" on an around 107,000-square-meter site, including Lee Shau Kee Business Study Building, Dormitory for The School of Business and Management, The Institute Advanced Study(IAS) Building and Professor Building of The Institute Advanced Study(IAS).

The total construction cost of the whole project is around HKD700 million.

BCI estimated costs:  HK$700.00 mn   (US$ 89.86 mn ).

Construction started in 2010. Construction is expected to end in the second quarter 2012. Foundation is expected to start in April 2010.
