The Interchange sessions are hosted by BCI Asia in the boardrooms of leading architectural companies in Southeast Asia and Hong Kong.
These sessions gather architects and manufacturers in an informal setting, encouraging knowledge and development among architectural firms as well as allowing ideas and feedback on building technologies to be exchanged between the different parties involved.
Managers and staff of the participating architectural firm are informed of the gathering, where they can network with representatives of building-product manufacturers.
Architects enjoy:
- Learning about new building technologies without travelling to bland, boring trade shows
- Asking technical questions in person and providing feedback on product performance
- A good meal and a free copy of the FuturArc journal
Manufacturers enjoy:
- Meeting dozens of architects, designers and technical specialists; giving them the information they need in person and developing bonds of cooperation in project design and construction
- Opportunities for introducing new products and cutting-edge technologies
- Fuss-free preparation - BCI Asia arranges the invitations, catering and coordination
As the building industry moves toward integrated design practice, Interchange Sessions enable building designers and technology manufacturers to come together to create a better and more sustainable built environment.
