Building on the success of last year’s conference on urban renewal strategy (URS), RICS Hong Kong is organising an annual event which provides experts’ insights to the global implications and draws experience from professionals and players of property sector. The main theme chosen for this year is “Public Private Partnership (PPP) in Waterfront Development”, which focuses on the key issues and provides examples of successful public–private waterfront developments from an international perspective.
